Today, we are living in the 21st century, amidst fast-developing technologies, digital economies, global uncertainty, and fast fast-changing geopolitical scenario. In such a turbulent environment, time is the most critical resource and it must be managed effectively. It is therefore important to have good speed in various actions like Reading, Writing, Thinking, Analyzing, Decision-Making, planning, and execution. Time is very vital resource but limited to just 24 hours daily to everybody. This time includes day and night, where we need 6-7 hours of sleep, 1-2 hours of commuting to the workplace, 2-3 hours with family, one hour for physical exercise/walking, 1-2 hours for having food and getting ready for the workplace. Thus, we get daily just 8-10 hours at work workplace. It is very pertinent to note that time gone past today will not come back tomorrow.
