Knowledge Sharing is Knowledge Gaining,

Knowledge Sharing is Knowledge Gaining,

                                         “Knowledge has a Beginning but no End.” Geeta Iyengar
Knowledge is defined as an understanding of information about a subject that you get by experience or study. A person without the knowledge of past history, culture and subject related to his/her job is like a tree without roots. Knowledge is wealth which can’t be stolen by others and rather you gain when others try to take it from you. Knowledge sharing is knowledge gaining while knowledge hoarding and keeping close to your chest are restricting your growth In today’s fast-moving technology wave is effecting our lifestyle,  productivity and job security. In such an emerging scenario of global uncertainty, one must be a fast learner .risk taker and adaptive to emerging global trends.  One can’t work in isolation and claim to be one-know-all. Instead, future lies of collaborative working by sharing knowledge among peers and with channel partners.  Someone has rightly said that knowledge is like a garden; if it is not cultivated, it cannot be harvested.
It is not getting just one degree and doing one additional course and hope a god job falling in your lap. Instead, one should be a lifelong student with fire in the belly to learn more and more.  An investment in creating and distributing knowledge by the organisation to its employees the best Return on Investment ( ROI). Likewise, spending money, time and effort by an individual to gain newer knowledge are in the best interest of an individual. Indeed, knowledge is the power and you need the power to succeed in this fast-moving global market. Some wise man has said that “knowledge is like a garden; if it is not cultivated, it cannot be harvested. Likewise, India’s late president A.P.J. Abdul Kalam has said that  “knowledge with action converts adversity into prosperity”.  Following words of wisdom are always true.
“The more you learn, the more you earn and more self-confidence you will have.” Brian Tracy
Share with Others. Sharing knowledge means people are keen on giving help to others and seeking help from others. This way they collectively help each other to develop new capacities for action and innovations. Infect, your earning ability and future career growth is mainly dependent upon your knowledge, skill and your ability to combine that knowledge and skill in such a way that you contribute value for which customers are going to pay. Knowledge in the form of information, skills, research work or expertise when shared among people, friends, families, communities or organizations, benefits all participants. A person with sound knowledge of the subject will be a good speaker to impact the audience, a good administrator to manage an organisation and a good boss to groom his/her subordinates. Knowledge acts as a force multiplier as it enhances the personality of the person.   It is good to know about yourself, your boss, your organisation, channel partners, and your competitors. However, many times we don’t know how much we don’t know – here is a pathway à
·         It is good to know how much you know;
·         But very important to let others ( Boss/Peers) know how much you know.;
·         Still more important to know how much you don’t know;
·         Once you know how much you don’t know, you are wise;
·         Now Search and find  from where to know what you don’t know;
·         Once you found out knowledge source/resource, go for it and get it:
·         When you know what you didn’t  know, you are Knowledgeable.
·         Hurrah, Congratulations! You are knowledgeable!  Start  Sharing knowledge and Growing
 Let us follow the great words  -
“If you have the knowledge, let others light their candles in it.” Margaret Fuller
      Best wishes and stay cheered up

Buckminster Fuller The technology revolution sweeping across the globe at a great speed is also termed as a 4 th  Industrial Revolution or Industry 4.0 (Short form I4.0). This is indeed transforming manufacturing and production processes, empowering better and faster decision making and global reach on a 24x7 basis for marketing and sale.
