Love your Body, Control your Diet and stay Healthy


The human body is a wonderful creation of God and He likes it to stay healthy and help others also to stay healthy and happy. God has blessed us with a superb brain with enormous memory, extremely fast/parallel processing and decision making capability. God has provided us with a charming face, two beautiful sparkling eyes to see good, two ears for listening to others, two nostrils to smell and inhale the fresh air, one tongue for speaking good words and help in tasting food/drinks, 32 teethes to crush food and help in our digestion. Likewise, He has given us two powerful legs with strong spring-loaded feet, two arms with beautiful hands to move, hold, push or pull and twist any object. Internally He has provided two lungs to breathe in and breathe out air and an untiring heart to keep pumping blood to the entire body.
Within our body, He has provided us with one of the finest chemical laboratory consisting of one stomach, one liver, two kidneys for digesting various intakes and produce good quality of the blood is pumped by the heart to various parts of the body. This enables all organs to automatically perform their role.
If we want to look younger, smatter and handsome/beautiful, we need to discipline ourselves with regard to frequency, quality, and quantity of our intake of food/drinks. We must help our body and its various organs to function effectively. By overeating, over-drinking, smoking and eating inorganic, fast food (Trash), cake/ice cream and dry nuts; we are straining our digestive system leading to many ailments. In simple words, eat leafy vegetables, pulses, brown rice, full-grain wheat, fresh seasonal fruits, drink ample of freshwater before or after half an hour of the meal and have 6-8 hours of uninterrupted daily sleep. Do 5-7 km daily walking and few yogic exercises, as per your body and age. Take the advice of a doctor/dietician seriously.
If you are vegetarian, your life gets extended by 3-5 years. If you don’t smoke and don’t drink, you will live longer by at least 2 years. If you have firm faith in God, Parents, Guru and yourself and you meditate, you can get another 3-5 years more to enjoy your life. To help yourself and others, you must stay healthy by controlling your eating, drinking and physical exercise habits. This will help your various organs to function well and you will have a glow on your face, spark in your eyes and smile on your lips.
