It requires great # enthusiasm, extra # energy and professional ability to sustain ups and downs in your career and keep going upward. As a leader/manager your subordinates look towards you to get the # inspiration when going gets tough in any project or business process. A successful manager or leader demonstrates his/her # will-power and # commitment to achieve good results, despite difficulties. Some salient points which can help to achieve success are given below:

·         Zap. “Slow and Steady Wins the Race” is a good old saying. In today’s highly # competitive and fast-moving global business environment, you need to be steady but also have short spells where you can zap to catch up with any backlog or move ahead of others.

·         Zeal. # Commitment to the customers and meeting deadlines requires consistency in # performance. You should always inspire your team with personal example by working with missionary # zeal.

·         Zealous.  A zealous pursuit for a new beginning will make your sincere efforts a grand # success. One must not be jealous of others # achievements. Instead, you should be zealous to put in extra energy and achieve the impossible.

·         Zenith. It will take quite a time before you reach the top (zenith)  of your career but surely you can co-work alongside your seniors who are inspiring towards top positions.  You should remain self-assured and # motivated to fulfil your dreams and soon you will reach the # zenith.

·         Zero.  The word or figure Zero has very special significance in the decimal number system where when zero is placed on the right side of a digit (1 to 9),  it enhances the value of the number. It also plays a significant role in Binary systems (1s and 0s).  Zero has a lot to contribute in # Crypto-currency transactions.  Likewise, everyone has potential and should be # judiciously placed at the right position in the organisation/ team.

·         Zero in.  Remember while aiming at the target, the shooter always zero-in first and then presses the trigger. This way he/she hits the bull’s eye. Therefore while handing ant project/mission, we should zero in our target (# objective) and then put in our very best effort to get higher # productivity and customer’s delight.

·         Zest.    A normal flow of work continues in any organisation but to do something extra-ordinary, you need to work with # zest and commitment.

·         Zigzag. Avoid a zigzag path and evolve a simple and assured plan to reach your objective in time- by staying on your chosen track. Our life is a long journey with many obstacles where one needs to take a detour.

·         Zoo.  A zoo has various animals, birds and sea animals for the entertainment of children. Some of the animals are imported from other countries. These animals are kept in free space but protected place ensuring that visitors are safe and not harmed by any animal. Likewise, visitors should not disturb/ annoy the animals.  When convenient, it is good to visit a zoo with family members. Children get knowledge about various animals and birds and also have a nice outing.

·         Zoological  Gardens. Well maintained # zoological gardens are a great attraction for young children. Some larger zoological Gardens have well-organised safaris to give the visitors an exhilarating experience.  Do visit zoological gardens during holidays.

·         Zodiac Sign. There are 12 Zodiac Signs which are used by the astrologers to prepare your horoscope which they apply to know your past and predict your future. It relates to the planetary position of various planets,

·         Zone of Comfort. Some people are contented to work in their comfort zone and do not want to take any risk or volunteer for any challenging job. This is where you come in and create a new zone of activities, happiness and success.

·         Zone Time. It relates to  # time-zone or space-zone or geographical – zone of the country of your working and business dealing. With easy and fast access to Internet facilities, time-zone and geographical boundaries have disappeared. Infect, for e-commerce applications, time-zone differential has come as a boon. You and your team can work on a 24x7 basis and have a global reach.

·         Zoom.  Sometimes you get a document with very fine print which is not easy to read.  Most text editors provide a Zoom (magnify) facility to enlarge the text/image to view it more clearly. During pandemic Corona, COVID 19 ZOOM technology has become most popular to conduct online meetings, conferences and conduct hold online teaching classes. It is useful o get fully conversant with all g features of Zoom. It is available as a free service with standard features and can also be taken as a premium version for business/ educational purposes.
